Homeless Prevention

Rapid Rehousing

 

The Rapid Rehousing Program provides rental, mortgage, electric, and utility assistance to residents transitioning out of the shelter into permanent housing; families and individuals. The Homeless Prevention Program can also be utilized through the Gabriel Project to prevent eviction or disconnection of electric and/or utility services. Clients must meet government qualifications for participation in these programs. Hope House received a special Covid-19 Assistance Grant through the city of Corpus Christi for 2020/23 to assist families and individuals who have been adversely affected as a result of the Covid-19 virus.
